1. Introduction

Welcome to ILANDTOBAGOCARRENTAL. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website or contact channels.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of identification are required for all rentals.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a reservation.

3. Rental Requirements

• The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 18 years.
• The renter must have a valid driver’s license for at least 6 months.
• Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same eligibility criteria.

4. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

• Vehicles must only be used for lawful purposes and within Trinidad & Tobago.
• Off-road driving, racing, towing, or any form of reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
• The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was rented.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional coverage options may be available.
• The renter is responsible for any damages, fines, or violations incurred during the rental period.
• In case of an accident, the renter must immediately report it to ILANDTOBAGOCARRENTAL and local authorities.

6. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level.
• A refueling charge may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 Days before the rental period may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a non-refundable charge.

8. Late Returns & Penalties

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
• Unauthorized extensions may lead to additional penalties.

9. Maintenance & Repairs

• Routine maintenance is handled by ILANDTOBAGOCARRENTAL.
• Renters must not attempt any repairs without prior approval.

10. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is collected for booking and service purposes only and will not be shared without consent.

11. Amendments

ILANDTOBAGOCARRENTAL reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
